Facial Heart Rate app is a tool designed for measuring heart rate through the front camera of your smartphone or tablet. This application allows users to conveniently monitor heart rate levels at any time and place, with a particular focus on pre and post-exercise assessments. By inputting your age into the setup page, the app provides insights into the percentage of measured heart rate relative to your maximum heart rate, aiding in the monitoring of target heart rates during both moderate and intense physical activities.

Key Instructions and Features:

1. Ensure usage in adequately illuminated surroundings.
2. Initiate the measurement by tapping the screen.
3. Position your face in front of the camera window, ensuring the appearance of two rectangular boxes on your cheeks.
4. Maintain a steady face position on the screen for a minimum of 30 seconds to display your heart rate and pulse graph. Tap the screen again to stop and finalize the measurement.
5. If your age is provided in the settings, maximum and target heart rates are displayed accordingly.
6. Option to enable auto-stop after 30 seconds in the settings.
7. Access heart rate and pulse waveform data stored in the history page.
8. Share your heart rate results via Facebook, Twitter, Email, and SMS.

It is recommended to utilize this app in well-lit environments if your device lacks a flashlight option.
